I am Kim Cook, owner and operator of The Rustic Roamer. I started this new business venture as a way to bring a unique and affordable event experience to the Flint Hills and surrounding areas. The Rustic Roamer is a 1970s horse trailer converted into a mobile bar/coffee service bar/event space. Its handmade walnut countertops and cozy, rustic aesthetic make it a perfect addition for weddings, parties, corporate events, and more!

I started Keagan's Coffee in 2020 by roasting coffee in my kitchen on my stovetop. I soon unlocked a love of sharing my beans with other people and the connection that was inspired by sharing coffee and sharing these sensory experiences with other people. My mission is to facilitate meaningful connections by serving really good coffee. I have branched out from just roasting coffee for people to enjoy, but to also offering a service where I can personally come serve coffee to you with a full service coffee bar, serving a variety of espresso based drinks, serving both hot and cold drinks, and serving up warm hospitality wherever your event is!

Portion Coffee is a mobile coffee cart serving espresso-based beverages, cold brew, and more in the St. Louis and Mid-Missouri area! Founded in 2022, the primary goal of Portion Coffee is to bring a fun and unique (and sometimes much needed) aspect to your wedding or event. Any couples looking to boost the atmosphere of their cocktail hour or reception, our coffee cart is the perfect fit for you. With a customizable menu and the option for signature drinks, you can truly make our coffee cart fit into any ambiance or venue.

We operate predominantly in the midwest and southern regions including Nebraska to Kansas on down through Texas! No worries if your event is outside of those regions though; because we are a mobile bartending company, we travel anywhere you are!

We offer a variety of flavors and want to help you create a signature drink that describes you and your loved one best! I’ve always been the one selected to make drinks at the family functions. In 2016 I went to bartending school. In 2017 I started Mix it private bartending service LLC. And built a company from scratch. The rest is history
