Dream Bay Resort is a family-owned waterfront vacation rental property and wedding venue in the heart of Key Largo, FL, right on the Gulf of Mexico, with spectacular sunset views! We offer a full buyout of our beautiful 2.5 acre property, so that you and your guests can have it all to yourselves! There are 3 beach areas, swaying palm trees, gorgeous banyan trees, tiki huts, lush greenery, and a laid back, "boho" tropical island vibe! To make things easy for our couples, we also include, tables, chairs, bistro lighting, set up/breakdown, and arbor/arch. An onsite caterer is also available, although you're free to choose your own vendors and bring in your own alcohol. We sleep 36 guests on site, and there are nearby hotels and motels to accommodate all additional wedding guests. If you're looking for a smaller, semi-private elopement or microwedding, we also offer those for weddings up to 30 guests. Please inquire for small wedding pricing.

Its an idyllic 54-acre site that offers a large strawberry-shaped pond lined with palm trees and rolling green fields that overlook beautiful wildflowers on our lake, making it a unique and tranquil backdrop to your special day. Forever can start in our 5,000-square-foot monitor barn and 3,400-square-foot open barn that accommodates beautiful outdoor receptions.
