There is a parking garage adjacent to the Radisson that is connected by a Skybridge. The address is 320 N Rose Street. Please allow an additional 15 minutes to find a parking space, locate the Skybridge level and take elevator or escalator down one level to the Arcadia Ballroom for the Ceremony.
All guests, that are not staying at the Radisson Hotel, will be given a parking validation ticket to be used on their way out of the parking garage. There will be no cost to you for parking. Guests that are spending the night at the Radisson Hotel will be given a discounted price of $8.00 for overnight parking.
We recommend that you arrive at the parking garage no later than 4:30. This should allow you plenty of time to find parking and locate the Arcadia Ballroom for the Ceremony. We would like all guests seated by 4:45 so we can start promptly at 5:00 PM. There will a sign at the Skybridge to direct you to the Arcadia Ballroom.

Until recently, we were told only 25 guest were allowed for indoor celebrations so we scaled back our plans and the room size. Fortunately, we can have more than 25 guests, but only those that are listed on the invitations.
When you RSVP for the reception, a drop down bar will pop up. Click on it and you will see the meal choices. Please select your meal choice.
Yes, if you make us aware of your restrictions or allergies, we can adjust your meal to fit your needs. After you choose a meal, there will be a question asking you to type in anything you need us to know about your allergies or dietary restrictions. This can include such things as dairy free, gluten free, nut allergies, "I don't eat pork," vegetarian with gluten allergy, etc.
We are so sorry to hear that. We really wanted you to come and celebrate with us. Unfortunately, because we are having plated service at the Reception, we will be unable to accommodate you with seating or a meal. We are not able to change our numbers after the deadline.
We know it's tempting to take photos during the Ceremony, but we are asking that you allow our professional photographers to do the job. We will be sharing the website to download the images for free. We would love you to be fully present and let the professionals get the pictures they need without any interference. Thank you for understanding how important this is for us.
Absolutely! This is a time for celebrating. Alcoholic drinks are on Us. Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks will also be available at no charge for the entire duration of the wedding.
