Please RSVP by July 12th!
We’d recommend traveling Thursday - Sunday if you are able to. Arriving Thursday will ensure you can accommodate any delays if they happen. That being said, we know that it may not be possible for everyone so please do what works best for you.
Yes! It will be Thursday, August 21st. Visit the Schedule page for the details.
We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Only the names listed on the invitation/your RSVP page are invited.
If “and guest” or your plus one’s name was written on the invitation/your RSVP page you can bring someone.
Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire Wedding Day: Formal Attire Midi or floor length dresses for women and suits & ties for men. Bonus points for colorful/floral attire - it will be wildflower season in Colorado and we’d love to embrace the beauty of them through you!
Our ceremony and most of the event will be held outdoors. Colorado weather can be very unpredictable but if it does rain it will pass quickly. We recommend bringing something to keep you warm once the sun goes down but the temperature should be very comfortable during the ceremony. We’ve heard it can be quite windy at the ceremony site so please keep this in mind as well.
Please make arrangements to arrive between 3:00 and 3:15 pm. We will not be letting anyone in once the ceremony starts. We’ll make sure you have fun while you are waiting for the ceremony to begin.
Yes! We will have a pick up/drop off location at The Inn Buena Vista. Please keep in mind that there are very few Ubers in town and likely will not be a reliable source of transportation.
Yes there is plenty of free parking on site. Please pay attention to the no parking signs - some of the parking lot is visible from the ceremony site.
Nope! Everything is all in one place at The Barn at Sunset Ranch.
Since our wedding is on Friday, we will be hosting a day-after barbecue at Twin Lakes on Saturday. We’d love for you to join us and keep on celebrating! This is totally optional though, there are so many fun things to do if you wish to hangout on your own. Check out the Things to Do page for recommendations.
The town is at 7,965 feet. PLEASE keep hydrated while you adjust to the altitude! We will provide plenty of water but we highly recommend having electrolytes on hand and hydrating prior to your trip. Altitude sickness is no fun!
