Open Hours Backyard Hang!

Kickstart the weekend with us over an open-hours backyard hang! We will have light food offerings for those on a first come first served basis. Otherwise, grab a bite to eat on your own and then drop by anytime starting at 5:00pm and on until 10pm. We understand many people are arriving this day, so come and go as you please. We will have some beverages available, but best be prepared and BYOB in case the early arrivers snag it all!

River Float

Come join us on a river float down the Colorado River! We will be floating part of the Moab Daily on the Colorado River right off of "River Road" or Hwy 128. This stretch starts at the Lower Onion Creek Campground and ends at the Rocky Rapid Public Boat Ramp. This section DOES have rapids, but are VERY mild at this time of year. If you are a PASSENGER or BORROWING a SMALL CRAFT meet at Rocky Rapid Public Boat Ramp at 10:30am. Everyone else, check your emails for all of the timing details. Pack sun protection layers, or a sun shirt with a hood, light jacket, hat, sunglasses, bathing suit, sunscreen, water bottle, any other river bevvies of your choice, and overall be ready for a day on the river in the desert elements. No experience necessary and all are welcome! First come, first served for boat space / preference, gear, etc.
Out of Towners Dinner

Meet us for a pizza dinner at Lion's Park along the Colorado River! To get there from Moab, drive north on Hwy 191 to the intersection with Hwy 128. Turn right onto Hwy 128 and then take a direct left into the Lion's Park parking lot area. We will be down the stairs under the pavillions. We are providing dinner and will have water, but BYOB if you're in the mood for spirits! **NOTE** We will not be providing shuttles for this event, and there are no Uber/Lyft services here. Drive responsibly, folks!

Arrival to our Wedding & Welcome Drinks!

There is no formal dress code. Wedding casual, desert chic, fall vibes, hipsters in bolos...whatever! Wear what you feel the most comfortable in!
*SHUTTLE * 3:15pm - 3:30pm We will have shuttle buses leaving from Field Station Hotel. The buses will arrive at 3:15pm for the early birds who want to get a good seat! The buses will leave AT EXACTLY 3:30pm to take you to Red Earth Venue and return afterwards. We HIGHLY encourage you to use the shuttle. *ARRIVAL TO RED EARTH VENUE* 3:45pm - 4:00pm Shuttle guests unload and all other guests trickle in for arrival! *WELCOME DRINKS* 4:00pm - 5:15pm

*8:30pm - DESSERT & LATE NIGHT CHIPS/DIPS ARE SERVED* Music will still be playing, and the dessert & snacks will be out the rest of the night if you're not wanting to leave the dance floor right away! *FIRST SHUTTLE DEPARTS at 9pm* There will be two 30 passenger shuttles consistently returning people between the hours of 9pm - 11pm to Field Station Hotel. If the shuttles fill up, you'll have to wait until they return for the next round!
