*Shuttle only from Crystal Mountain Resort to Blue Bridge Events Centre and back* If you aren't staying on the resort but you are staying close and want to catch the shuttle please do!! Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes the dress code is Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, formal gowns, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks, or suit and tie. We want you to be comfortable and look your best! What is most important is you have a great time and feel good doing it.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be closed and begin at 5:00pm sharp. The reason for the closing is to not interrupt. Arriving 10-15 minutes early would be perfect. No earlier than 4:30pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is accommodation recommendations under the "Travel" tab on our website. You can choose to stay anywhere in the area if the recommendations don't appeal to you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there will be parking for the ceremony and reception at BlueBridge. We will also have a shuttle service bringing guests to and from Crystal Mountain and BlueBridge before and after the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttles running to the ceremony and from the reception available only at the Crystal Mountain Resort. If you choose to park your vehicle at Crystal Mountain and catch the shuttle to the venue feel free! If you are not staying at Crystal Mountain but you are staying close I would recommend parking at the resort and taking the shuttle.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will be hosting a welcome party the 08/30/2024 at 7:30pm at Barr Park at the Crystal Mountain Resort. You can find details under the Schedule tab on our website. We also plan to meet up and golf the Sunday after the wedding around 12:00pm message Brittney for more details 906-286-2262

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we have a limited capacity at our venue so we don't have seating for extra guests for dinner.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes we understand that its not always easy to get a babysitter and if you're having troubles Bring them! But we would love to celebrate with all of our adult friends and family and allow them to have a kid free weekend. If it is in question of weather or not you can make it we welcome you to bring the kiddos and celebrate with us anyway!

Do I have to spend the entire weekend?

Answer

No you are not expected to stay longer than you can! We would love to spend the weekend with you but we understand life can get in the way and it is a lot to ask. We are celebrating our union on Labor Day weekend taking advantage of the last long weekend of summer and staying at the Crystal Mountain Resort. We welcome anyone who wants to join. There is a lot to do in the area so we encourage you to stay Sunday go exploring, book a wine tasting, or a t-time and join us for golf. Take advantage of the mini vacation and have fun! No worries if you aren't able to.

Is there a hotel block or discount?

Answer

We have a discount code for Crystal Mountain. Unfortunately we do not have hotel blocks or discounts anywhere else.

Can I book my own Airbnb or Vrbo?

Answer

Yes! If you do not want to stay at the Crystal Mountain Resort either of those vacation rental sites would be a good option if you didn't want to go the hotel route.
