What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony promptly starts at 4:30pm! Please arrive 15-30 mins early to get into your seats and settle in. The door will be closed once the ceremony starts and will remain closed until after the ceremony is over.

What is the RSVP cut off date?

Answer

To ensure that we give our vendors an accurate headcount, we ask you to please RSVP by May 1st 2024! You can RSVP online through our website!!

Is it indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in the venue courtyard and cocktail and reception indoors. Stay tuned for a late-night surprise in the courtyard!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal! Please no jeans, flip flops, or tank tops! Please do not wear white, gold, or cinnamon/copper/orange to avoid matching wedding party colors!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

You will be able to see in your guest RSVP if you have a plus one or guest additions! We go by count- unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate more!

Are children Allowed?

Answer

Yes, you may bring your children that are a part of your RSVP! If you feel as though your child might disturb the ceremony- feel free to take a break in the cocktail area! Young children cannot be let left alone, and/or left to explore the venue alone.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Italian served buffet style! Options will include pasta, salad, seasonal veggies, bread, chicken, brisket, and dessert! Please notify Bride and Groom of any special dietary requests, we will try our best to accommodate. (thezakiwedding@gmail.com)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for 4 hours! Please tip your bartenders generously! ** ANY OUTSIDE LIQUOR IS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL COST THE BRIDE AND GROOM THEIR DEPOSIT**

Yes, except we ask during the ceremony you refrain from the use of any electronics!
