Somebody’s getting married...

T-Minus one week!!

We met on the internets in the fall of 2016, soon after Luke moved to Boston. On our first date at the Publick House in Brookline, Luke revealed that he didn't like musical theater and Zack revealed that he didn’t know nothing about drag queens. In spite of these red flags, we ended up bonding over shared interests including hiking, travel, cooking, gardening, and eventually, even drag queens (Zack is still working on adding musical theater to this list). After three years of traveling the country together, meeting each others' family and friends, celebrating one another's triumphs and supporting one another through difficult times, we were excited for the next step. On New Year's Eve, Zack “spontaneously” got down on one knee (empty handed) and delivered what he believed was a stirring, emotional speech asking Luke to marry him. Though Luke doesn’t quite remember what Zack said, he accepted, and the two went out to buy Ring Pops for their now infamous engagement video [ https://youtu.be/Artd7R11VuU ]. It was a wonderful way to end 2019.
