Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be in the same place; Shangri-La Events Center in Toquerville, Utah.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be outdoors.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bride and groom along with guests will enjoy an hour of refreshments and appetizers on the deck.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please let us know by January if you will be able to make it to our wedding, so that we can plan catering accordingly. You are welcome to mail us your RSVP response or you can also go online to our website and RSVP there.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served at the reception. Also food; if you have any dietary restrictions please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtags #YTLEAVITT #YTLEAVITTWEDDING #LEAVITTWEDDING so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

No, if you plan on drinking please plan ahead.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Although we do prefer donations to our honeymoon/furniture fund, we have gathered a small registry through Zola, for those who prefer to gift us something we still need for our home.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget.  Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony at 4:00pm, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
