Hopefully you are joining us for welcome drinks at the diner on Friday night! The Phoenicia Diner should be an absolutely mandatory stop at least once during your trip. Brunch is excellent.
Cool local restaurant with great food & drinks and large outdoor area
A hidden gem just a three minute drive from the Graham & Co! There are lots of access points of the Esopus Creek for swimming, but our absolute favorite is where the Esopus & Woodland creeks meet. There's a small parking area on Herdman Road, and you can follow the trail down the rocks to the creek below. (Address is approximate, you will have to look for it!)
A cute activity we have yet to try ourselves. Take a scenic tour as you pedal through a four-mile section of the old train tracks right along the Esopus Creek.
Epic hiking about 30 mins from Phoenicia. Our favorite trails include a challenging 6 mile out & back hike (West Kill Mountain to Buck Ridge Lookout), and a much shorter, flat walk to some beautiful waterfalls (Diamond Notch Falls via Spruceton Road). Stop by West Kill for a much deserved beer afterwards!
Quite literally one of our favorite places in the world. Located a 5 mile drive down a valley road alongside the creek. Incredible beers, gorgeous views, and weekend food popups. Not to be missed!
Try and grab lunch at this family-owned Filipino cafe & Asian market on your way in or out of town...you will not regret it.
Visit nearby Woodstock (yes, that Woodstock) for cute small town vibes, shopping, and dining.
