We will have shuttles running to and from the hotels we have listed in the travel page and our venue Shuttle schedule: 3:20pm Embassy pick up #1 3:40 Tru by Hilton pick up #1 4:00 Drop off at Bogey Hills #1 4:15 Embassy pick up #2 4:30 Tru by Hilton pick up #2 4:50 Drop off at Bogey Hills #2 Shuttles back to hotels will be available from 8-11pm. We ask that guests staying at the Drury simply walk over to the Tru for shuttle pick up. Thank you!
The ceremony will take place at an outdoor covered pavilion, weather permitting. The rest of the festivities will be indoors.
We recommend that you arrive ~30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! We ask that you arrive no earlier 4pm so that we can make sure everything is ready for your arrival
Yes! Our venue has a large lot with free parking. Overnight parking is allowed
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Dinner will be served buffet style, with a variety of menu options to accommodate most restrictions. There will be several gluten free dishes. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other specific concerns!
