Double Barrel Cannon

The double-barreled cannon is an American Civil War-era experimental weapon and is now a modern landmark located in Athens, Georgia. While originally built for warfare, the cannon never saw battle. The cannon is still pointed North in defiance of the Yankees.

UGA Arch (Downtown Athens)

The iconic landmark for the University of Georgia. There is a superstition that if you walk under the arch before you graduate, then you will never actually graduate
