What is the dress code?

Although no formal wear is required, we request that all guests dress in all-black cocktail attire.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
This event is restricted to individuals 18 years and older. If your child is not an active participant in the ceremony, they will not be able to attend the ceremony or reception. Childcare is provided on the same, secure floor as the ceremony and reception so you can still bring your little ones, but they will stay with our childcare specialists during the event.

Do I need a rental car?
Answer
It is entirely possible to get from the airport to the hotel via rideshare. Once you are at or near the host hotel, you are in the heart of downtown Nashville. This is an extremely walkable location. Although a rental would be convenient, it is not absolutely necessary.
