What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 6:00 pm and enjoy a pre-ceremony drink while exploring the beautiful gardens at Chihuly! The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is formal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any food allergies - dinner will be family-style, so it is your choice what you eat. We will do our very best to accommodate you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be organized transportation from the hotel to the ceremony for guests. The ceremony is approximately 1 mile from the hotel, so about a 5 min. taxi/uber/lyft ride or a 20 min. (or so) walk! There will be transportation provided from the reception to the hotel.

Should I bring a mask?

Answer

Yes! Based on local event guidelines in Seattle, you may be required to wear a mask when you are not eating or drinking. To be safe, please bring one with you regardless as guidelines are constantly evolving.
