Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We LOVE all of your kiddos! But we kindly ask that you don't bring them to the wedding and reception unless your invitation (and RSVP group) says otherwise.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Please follow general Cocktail wedding attire for our event. Men: please wear suits, but ties are not required. If the day is exceptionally hot, you won't be required to wear your jacket. Women: outfits of any length, style, and color are allowed.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We're hoping for a warm day (in the 80s) and a cool night (in the 60s). But it is the desert, so there's a chance that the day is much hotter than anticipated. The entire event will be outside, so please bring something to cover up with if you tend to get cold easily. We encourage everyone to keep a close eye on the weather leading up to the event.

How does parking work at the hotel?

Answer

If you're not staying at the Omni, there will be free self parking for the day. When you enter the parking lot, free self parking is available by turning left. If you are staying at the hotel, there is a $10/night fee to park.

Can I bring a plus one or anyone not listed on my invitation?

Answer

Please understand that we have specially curated our guest list to include our closest friends and family to share in this day with us, so we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone not explicitly listed on your invitation.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

If Jordan and Mallory are aware of your food allergy, we will be making sure to accommodate for that for (at least) dinner. If you're unsure, reach out to one of us (Mallory: 209-679-4406) to let us know and we'll do what we can to ensure you can eat safely!

Are there other events during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! Any and all event information will be available with your invitation, but we are excited to invite all guests to the wedding day on Saturday and the farewell brunch on Sunday.

What is the timeline of the wedding day?

Answer

We've asked all guests to arrive at 330pm for the ceremony as we plan on beginning promptly. Immediately after the ceremony, we will be inviting guests to enjoy a cocktail hour in the same area. For the reception starting at 530pm, guests will need to walk from the ceremony site to the reception venue on the opposite side of the hotel. We will then be remaining on the Starlight Terrace for the remainder of the night.

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

There ceremony will be held at the Las Palmas lawn. When entering the property from the hotel lobby, walk straight toward the golf course until the adult pool comes up on your right hand side. Turn right and follow the pathway to the Las Palmas lawn.

Where is the reception located?

Answer

The reception is located on the Starlight Terrace. The terrace is located toward the end of the hallway where all of the conference rooms are (when walking from the lobby).
