Parking directly on the property may be limited. You may be directed to park close by on our neighbors' properties depending on your arrival time. Follow signs, or parking coordinators if instructed. Carpooling for parking considerations is encouraged.
Attire for the wedding is "cocktail casual" with an optional but encouraged country flair, referring to a dress code that strikes a balance between formal and country casual. Though a western or country ensemble is not required, it is welcomed and will fit in with the vibes and environment of the property. Examples for women include: mini and midi dresses that feel polished, chic jumpsuits, skirts, dress pants/capris/leggings, or well-conditioned jeans that are not tattered or distressed with a belt & an elevated blouse. Accessories are encouraged, but not required. Polished cowgirl boots and/or hats, are welcomed, but not required as a well-paired accessory. Examples for men include: Dress pants, chinos, or well-conditioned jeans that are not tattered or distressed, with a tucked-in, crisp dress shirt, a belt, dress shoes, loafers, or polished boots. A suit or blazer is welcomed, but not required. Ties are welcomed, but not required. Polished cowboy boots and/or hats are welcomed, but not required. PLEASE READ THIS: Ladies, Ladies, Ladies: The entire grounds (besides the dance floor) will consist of soft grass. If choosing to wear heels, a heel with a wider base (not stilettos, or kitten heels) may be a more comfortable option for you in these conditions. Boots with a thick heel, like cowgirl boots, or wedged heels are also safer options for shoes with an elevated height.

Children of all ages are invited to attend, though the schedule of events being all outdoors, and beginning in the late afternoon, and ending in the later part of the evening, accompanied by the loud band music may not be ideal for very young ones. Also, alcohol will be an option to consume during the reception, and will likely be self-serviced and unattended by a server for most of the event. It is your responsibility as a parent to monitor your accompanying minor under these circumstances. Knowing all these details, bringing your children is completely your call as a parent. PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to bring your children, please fill out their name in the section provided under your name of your RSVP if it's not already present, or if a section is not included, please send a text to 360.984.0845 with their name(s) so they can be added to the RSVP and included in the final count and seating arrangements.
Clean & fresh port-o-potties will be onsite with a handwashing station in the outer yard for guests to use throughout the event. If additional accommodations for restroom needs are required (diaper changing, feminine needs, first-aid, makeup/hair/clothing emergency, etc.), any guest is welcome to use the downstairs bathroom in the main house by walking up to the back deck, and going through the sliding glass door on the lower level. When you enter the downstairs area, travel to your right down the short hallway, the restroom is the door furthest to the left (directly after the other short hallway). A kit with anything you may think to need in an above listed emergency will be stocked in the bathroom if needed.
Smoking and vaping are allowed during the event in the designated smoking/vaping area. Signs will be clearly marked for your convenience. Please use the provided water bucket in the area to dispose of any lit cigarettes or matches to prevent any potential fire hazards, as the area will be dry and forested on the property.
Both the ceremony & the reception will be located outside on grass. A gentle slope on the property is present in all areas except for the reception area at the far end of the property. Wheelchair mobility may be challenging when navigating the slope to and from the parking area and the ceremony. A side-by-side however will be available to provide transportation around the property to anyone who needs assistance.
