Question

There is significant roadwork near Backbone!! VERY IMPORTANT

Answer

Highway 13 is closed north of Manchester at 150th. Remember the reception is at the south entrance and the ceremony is at the north entrance. Google Maps seems to be rerouting people correctly but please see directions below: From Oelwein East on Highway 3 to Strawberry Pt. Then South on Highway 13 to Highway 410 (about 2 miles) West on Highway 410 to North entrance to park (about 3 miles) After the wedding back East on Highway 410 to Highway 3/13 South on Highway 3/13 one-half mile to Forestville Rd. Right on Forestville Rd to South entrance (reception-first right inside the park) From Cedar Rapids North on Highway 13 to Highway 20 (just south of Manchester) Highway 13 to closed north of Manchester so follow detour East on Highway 20 to Highway 38 (Delaware Exit) North on Highway 38 to Highway 3 West on Highway 3 to Highway 13 North on Highway 3/13 toward Strawberry Pt. First sign to Backbone is at Forestville Rd. (road to S entrance for reception) Continue North on Highway 3/13 about 1/2 mile to Highway 410 (on curve, sign to N entrance) East on Highway 410 to North entrance
