The wedding reception is located on the Northern Kentucky side of the Ohio River. Both Newport and Covington are the names of the cities right along the water on the Northern Kentucky side. Staying at the Same Hotel As Other Guests: Some of Stefan's family and Kristin's family have already booked rooms at the Comfort Suites (420 Riverboat Row, Newport, KY) for the nights of August 3rd and 4th. This hotel is RIGHT across the street from the Reception Venue of New Riff Distilling and thus easy to walk to after a few cold ones... **Important Note on Distance: When booking, please remember that the city does NOT have public transit and that taxis will need to be relied upon on the night of the wedding to get back to your hotel. HOWEVER, to be within walking distance of the reception, you can stay at the Comfort Suites or the Holiday Inn Express.
