Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles running from the Marriott Courtyard Springfield Downtown to Weaver Chapel, and from Weaver Chapel to Cliffside Acres. We'll also have shuttles at the end of the night to bring guests from Cliffside Acres back to the hotel. If you're not staying at the Marriott, you can still hop on the shuttle. There's parking available nearby or you can take an Uber/Lyft.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm and guests should start to arrive at 4pm. If you're taking the shuttle, it will get you there on time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have transportation to and from the ceremony and reception, but there is parking available if you prefer to drive! For the ceremony, we’d recommend parking by the student center. From there, it’s a quick walk to the chapel (and by quick, we mean 2-3 minutes). There’s also parking available at the reception. You can leave your car on site at Cliffside Acres the night of the wedding, you'll just need to pick it up by 8AM the next morning.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire (suits for men and cocktail dresses for women). Make sure that with whatever you wear, you’re ready to hit the dance floor!

While we love your little ones, this is going to be an adult-only event. Thank you so much for understanding!
