When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 15, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is outdoor formal. We invite you to dress elegantly for an outdoor celebration. Suits and midi / long dresses are encouraged and wedges, block heels, or flat shoes are recommended. Please consider sun protection for the day and a light shawl or jacket for the evening.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Once we coordinate the hotel block, we will arrange for a shuttle to and from the ceremony to the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, self-parking will be available for all events at Bellaponte throughout the weekend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome as early as 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the 5 pm ceremony to park and find your seats.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate young children at the reception. However, children are welcome at the farewell brunch with family!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests at the reception beyond those we invite. Dates are welcome to the welcome event with friends at the Jamul Casino, Friday, June 13th and the welcome brunch with family at Bellaponte, Sunday, June 15th.
