WEDDING DAY-OF SCHEDULE
4.00pm Hobbiton coaches depart from the Matamata i-SITE (45 Broadway, Matamata 3400).
4.10pm Self-Drivers arrive at the The Shires Rest (Hobbiton Ticketing Office: 501 Buckland Road, Hinuera).
4.20pm Buses depart from Shire's Rest to the ceremony location. No private vehicles allowed on movie set.
5.00pm Ceremony commences.
5.30pm Ceremony concludes. Family photos and drinks begin.
6.15pm Guests begin their guided tour of Hobbiton.
8.10pm Guests arrive into the Green Dragon Inn for pre-dinner drinks before the bridal party arrives.
8.25pm Guests are seated in the main dining area. Shuttle for self-drivers back to The Shire’s Rest.
8.45pm Dinner is served (menu in 'FAQs' tab).
9.35pm Speeches / Cake Cutting / Desserts.
9.50pm First dance (you don't want to miss this embarrassment).
10.00pm First bus back to town.
11.30pm Last drinks are served.
12.00am Guests to depart and final bus to town.
