Is there a gift registry?

Answer

While gifts are not expected, we will be registering at Amazon and Crate & Barrel. You can find links to our registry on our website.

Question

When is my RSVP due for the wedding?

Answer

RSVP is due by July 5, 2025. In order to fully RSVP, you must RSVP on under the RSVP tab and book your room.

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! With our room block, you will receive a discount on your hotel reservation! You MUST go through our travel agent to book your room. It does not cost you more to book with our travel agent, it actually saves you money! If you do not book at our resort AND with our travel agent, the resort will NOT let you attend the wedding festivities. We cannot stress how important this is!

Do we have to stay for a certain number of nights?

Answer

Yes. The resort has a 3-night minimum stay. We recommend 4 nights since the first day will entail a longer travel day. However, you can stay anywhere from 3 to 7 nights. The earliest check in day is the Tuesday prior to the wedding, and the latest checkout day is the Tuesday following the wedding. The wedding date falls on a Friday, so the latest you can arrive to the resort is on Thursday.

When is payment for the room due?

Answer

A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. 40% of balance is due on December 31, 2025. The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2026.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place in the over water chapel, followed by cocktail hour in the courtyard and reception on the beach. Dress code: Dresses, skirts, or rompers. Dress pants, chinos, slacks, khakis, or linen pants with long or short sleeve button down collared shirts or polos. **Please, no jeans or shorts**

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all outside. The weather will be warm with a high in the mid 80's during the day and mid 70's at night. The ceremony begins at 4pm. The ceremony will be held in the over water chapel, follwed by a cocktail hour in the courtyard, and reception on the beach.

What airlines fly to your destination wedding?

Answer

American Airlines & Delta Airlines are the only airlines that fly to our destination. Flights should be available to book around early - mid June (Typically 11 months prior to travel date. This includes the return flight).

Is there transportation to or from the resort to the airport?

Answer

Yes! The resort includes a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. You can also request other transportation options for an additional fee. You can choose to upgrade to private transportation, a boat ride, or a helicopter ride.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating, the guest list is limited to only those addressed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The wedding will take place at an adult's only all-inclusive resort.
