Question

Are RSVPs required?

Answer

Aboslutely. Our American wedding is strictly RSVP only, The deadline to RSVP is June 14th. To ensure that we can provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner we will not accept late RSVPs. No RSVP, no entry.

What date should I RSVP by ?

Answer

You should RSVP once you have confirmed you will be available and able to make it to our venues. We will not be accepting RSVP’s after June 14, 2024

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

American wedding: We are excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be listed alongside yours. We have limited plus ones. If you feel we have made a mistake in not giving you one, please feel free to reach out but, be advised that we may not be able to accommodate you due to our guest limitations & we greatly apologize for this. If you have received a plus one & they will not be attending, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP. Traditional wedding: Yes, you may bring one.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

American wedding: while we love your little ones, we have decided to make our day an adults-only event. Traditional wedding: All Ages Welcome!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

American wedding: Black-tie optional. we invite guests to dress in our color palette (Gold, Mustard/Butterscotch, Navy, Champagne, Dusty Blue) but it is not mandatory. Traditional wedding: Formal or Traditional Attire. Jewel Tones

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

American wedding: The ceremony is outdoors followed immediately by an indoor reception. Traditional wedding: Indoors

Can we take photos during the American wedding ceremony?

Answer

We want everyone to be present in the moment. We will have an amazing photography and videography team, so we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that no pictures or videos be taken until we say "I Do". Thank you in advance for respecting our wishes!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will have a shuttle for our guests that will transport you from the hotels (that we booked blocks at) to the venues and back. Shuttle schedule will be available in your hotel welcome bag and also sent via email during the week of the weddings.

Will there be an open bar ?

Answer

YES, drinks are on us. Please drink responsibly. Tipping the bartender is advised.

Question

Where should we bring/send wedding gifts ?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for ! If you would like to honor us with a gift you can find our registry on our website or through this link: https://www.zola.com/wedding/vanessaandlevite/registry Please refrain from bringing large gifts to the event as it could prove difficult for us to transport. We will have a gift card box at both weddings.

Where will wedding updates be posted ?

Answer

If there are any changes that our guests need to know we will send information via email to everyone who received an invitation.

Question

I can’t attend the wedding in person / will there be a way to view the wedding virtually?

Answer

We won’t be live streaming our wedding, however access to videos and photos will be sent via email to all of the guests that were invited.

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer
