Our beautiful venue is outside, we want all our guests to be comfortable in whatever weather we encounter but we request guests in formal wear; ties are required. For more information please see the FAQ. Guests do not need to arrive right at 3:30 pm; however, please be seated prior to 4:00 pm start. Seating for the ceremony portion is not assigned so please choose where you feel comfortable. There will be an usher if you need assistance.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The ceremony will begin at 4pm unless weather situations require otherwise. Please respectfully silence cell phones, turn off the flash, and leave them in airplane mode so there are no interruptions. Cell phone use should be reserved solely for photos! (no flash please)
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Attire: Black-Tie Optional.
Directly following the ceremony will be cocktail hour where guests can enjoy the beauty of the farm. Please be our guest to enjoy light hors d'oeuvres, play lawn games, pet llamas, and share in the joy while the bridal party takes wedding photos.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner will have assigned seating so please look for your name to find your table and seat. An usher will also be available for assistance as needed. 6:00 The wedding party's grand entrance 6:10 Welcome speech 6:15 Dinner/drinks served 7:00 Sparkling Toast 7:20 Dinner ends. 7:30 Cake cutting 7:45 First dance, & father/daughter, and the dancing begins. 8:40 Bouquet & garter toss 9:00 Party the night away -The party officially ends at 11:00pm but bar will conclude alcohol service at 10:30 pm.
