Do we have room blocks for the hotels listed?

Answer

A block of rooms has been set aside at Mr. C Coconut Grove; the room rates are available until November 8th. Please see the TRAVEL SECTION for direct link to booking. If you'd like to stay more days outside of the room block dates, please call the hotel directly after you've made your reservation through the link (305)800-6672 Please make sure they know you are part of the Uribe Wedding. Deluxe City View King $479/Night (2 nights, 12/1-12/3) Check in after 3:00 PM / Check out before 12:00 PM. A block of rooms has been set aside at the Mayfair Hotel; the room rates are available until November 8th. Please see the TRAVEL SECTION for direct link to booking. You will need to specifically enter check in date on 12/1 and check out date 12/3. If you'd like to stay more days outside of the room block dates, please contact me (678)437-7564. As I will have to connect you with the lady in charge of our room block to make sure the same rate can be applied to additional days. Is this wedding an all adult party? ¿La boda es sólo para adultos?

To allow our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding. Para permitir que nuestros invitados se relajen y disfruten, hemos decidido que nuestro día especial sera solo para adultos. Gracias por su comprensión.

Can I bring a + 1 ? ¿Puedo traer un + 1 ?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. Lamentablemente no podemos acomodar a invitados adicionales ya que estamos a capacidad maxima con los invitados que tenemos.

What to wear? ¿Qué ponerse?

Answer

Men/Hombres: Black tuxes with black bowtie / esmoquin negro con corbata de moño negro Women/Mujers: Black floor length gowns / Vestidos negro que llegue hasta el suelo

What kind of shoes to wear? ¿Qué tipo de zapatos usar?

Answer

Due to the format of our venue, we advise our guest to wear sensible shoes not all walkways are paved. Ya que nuestra recepción será en un mueso histórico, recomendamos a nuestros invitados que usen zapatos cómodos y que puedan caminar cómodamente en pisos no pavimentados o parejos.

Do you have a gift registry? ¿Tenemos una lista de regalos?

If you wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our Honey Moon Fund would be much appreciated! Si desea celebrar con un regalo, le agradeceríamos mucho que hicieran una contribución a nuestro Fondo de Luna de Miel.

Will the cocktail hour and reception be out doors? ¿La hora del cóctel y la recepción serán al aire libre?

Answer

Yes both are outdoors - the cocktail hour will take place in the South Terrace in front of the garden and the reception will be in the East Terrace under a large tent. We ask and encourage that everyone use Uber/Lyft services as we will have open bar and the party does not end until 1:00 AM. If you choose to drive there will be free parking in both locations. Pedimos y animamos a todos a utilizar los servicios de Uber/Lyft ya que tendremos barra abierta y la fiesta no termina hasta la 1:00 a. m. Si elige conducir, habrá estacionamiento gratuito en ambas ubicaciones.
