What should I wear?

Answer

For the welcome event, the dress code is semi-formal, which is a bit more casual than cocktail attire. For men, think dress shirts and pants. For women think evening midi dresses or separates. For the wedding, our dress code is black tie optional. Ladies can wear floor or ankle length dresses or separates. Men can wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Please note the ceremony is on grass, so dress accordingly. It will also likely be hot in Charlottesville!

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We love your children, but this is an adults-only wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from the Draftsman Hotel. We highly encourage everyone to use these! Parking is available at Veritas, and all cars need to be picked up by 10am on Sunday. Please note: you will not be able to get an Uber from Veritas!

When/where will the shuttles pick up/drop off?

Answer

The shuttles to the wedding will pick up at The Draftsman Hotel at 5:00pm. Look for Easy Riders Bus Company, and ensure you are on the right bus before boarding, as there are likely to be other wedding buses there. The early bus will leave Veritas at 10:30pm and the last buses will be at 12:10am. All buses will return back to The Draftsman Hotel.
