You don't need ONE :) At least not for the nights of 24 and 25 June 2026. All wedding guests already have a room secured by the wedding family for 24 and 25 June 2026. Come hang out at Monastero with us!
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the hotel free of charge.
We kindly ask that in lieu of gifts you make a donation to either the American Red Cross or our honeymoon fund.
For all of the events, see the "Schedule" page for suggested attire...but seriously go where your heart leads you
We recommend 1 of the 3 following airports to make your way to Italy: -Rome (FCO) - 1 hr 45 minutes by car to Todi, Italy -Florence (FLR) -2 hrs 30 minutes by car to Todi, Italy -Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi – Umbria International Airport (PEG) - 40 minutes by car to Todi, Italy
We recommend 1 of 3 ways to get to Todi, Italy (and Hotel Bramante - Monastero Santa Margherita) from your chosen airport: 1. By rental car, or hired-car, from your chosen vendor ~this option is best if you want direct, door-to-door travel~ By car: Follow the A1 highway and take the exit for Todi-Orvieto (if coming from the North) or Todi Sud (if coming from the South) Also, feel free to submit your arrival flight details via the RSVP link (if you want it shared) and we'll throw it on the website here to share with other wedding guests. 2. By bus Direct bus from FCO to Todi (3 hours direct), then hop off and head to the hotel (traditional taxis) https://www.sulga.it/ 3. By train The two stops you can arrive at are Perugia-Ponte San Giovanni (if coming from the North) or Terni (if coming from the South), then take the train to Todi-Ponterio. Options from Rome (FCO) > Your train options here will require changes, and then you'll taxi from the train station to Monastero Santa Margherita https://italiatren.com/en Options from Florence (FLR) > We love Florence, but it is a bit trickier to get to the wedding venue from Florence by mass transit. For this option, you would need to tram or car from the airport to Florence's main train station (Florence S.M. Novella) and then hop on a train to Perugia-Ponte San Giovanni; you would then train to Todi-Ponterio and taxi to Hotel Bramante - Monastero Santa Margherita.
-Check the expiration date on those passports!!! We're going international folks! Your passport should be valid through at least September 26, 2026 -No Visa required for Italy! -Grab an International Driving Permit (IDP) if you are renting a car - you can get them from AAA (just bring a set of passport photos) -Start setting those flight alerts on Expedia/Google Flights/your credit card points site/etc. -Use official transport websites for booking cars, trains, or buses -Grab a Type C, F, or L power adapter to juice up all those electronics -Grab some Euros ahead of time at your local bank or from an ATM when you arrive -Make it a fun roadtrip by carpooling with other wedding guests --- the best convos happen on road trips
