Emily and Alec met in 2017 while at Purdue University after being introduced by a mutual friend. Soon after, Alec invited Emily to a date party where they immediately hit it off. Fast forward six years and a move to Texas, and here they are!

Under the guise of dinner plans, Alec took Emily to Forsyth Park, in Savannah, Georgia, where he proposed. Unbeknownst to Emily, a photographer was waiting there to capture the special moment, happy tears and all. The day was even more special because they were able to celebrate with their families afterwards! Emily’s mom and Alec’s mom put together a beautiful surprise engagement party. The weekend was truly better than anyone could have imagined!
