What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! Please arrive about at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated on time.

Where should we park and is it free?

Answer

Parking is free! You will be directed to park at a parking lot next to the venue. Please follow directions from the park staff.

What should I wear?

The style will be semi-formal! No other restrictions or requirements.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Out celebrations is RSVP only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception.

What will the food be like?

Answer

The food is buffet-style! There will be an appetizer table, one chicken, one beef, and one vegetarian dish with some side options. There will also be a dessert table following dinner.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outside. Weather permitting.

Will the reception be indoor or outdoors?

The reception will take place indoors.

Will there be any transportation services?

Unfortunately, we will not have any transportation services.

Is the facility wheel chair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator that can be utilized by any guests who may need it. There are some steep ramps that lead to the upper floor so please feel free to use the elevator or stairs if you are uncomfortable with the ramps.
