Hotel
This hotel has both a kids-friendly (https://www.melia.com/en/hotels/mexico/playa-del-carmen/paradisus-playa-del-carmen) and adults only section (https://www.melia.com/en/hotels/mexico/playa-del-carmen/paradisus-la-perla). They are right next to one another, and adults can enter the kids only section. This is an all inclusive with lots of things to do for everyone -- from singles to families.
By August 15 2025 please. If any issues come up, please contact Timur.
You should book any flight that works for you! We have guests from all across US, Canada, and Europe -- we picked Cancun because it's a very popular location with many direct flights. We hope you can find your way here!
We (Timur + Dariya) + our families will stay at Paradisus adults-only (La Perla), and we suggest you book your stay there as well. If you have children, book the kids-friendly side and we will just come over to you to hang out!
No! The actual wedding event will be at a private venue called Villa la Joya (https://villalajoya.com/). We will provide transportation from Paradisus to Villa la Joya on the wedding day.
Yes! Although we would love for everyone to stay at Paradisus, you can stay wherever you like -- another resort, AirBnB etc. Paradisus also allows day-passes and we will work with the resort to make sure you have access so we can all get together. Just let Timur know if you're planning on staying at a different location.
Yes! We know many of you have families, and we want you to bring your family! Paradisus Playa del Carmen has plenty of kid-friendly activities, and the wedding itself will be child friendly.
Yes! Just let us know on the RSVP.
Sadly, no. Even Brady will have to stay back at home in Windsor for this one. Cancun is too hot for her anyway.
Sure! The cancun area isn't necessarily a "kitesurfing mecca", but if you bring your equipment and there's wind -- go for it!
It's going to be pretty free-flowing. Groups of people will grab lunch and dinner together, hang out at the beach together, spontaneously book trips to various excursions together and hang out at the open bar together. We hope the Friday welcome dinner will be a good mixer for a lot of people to meet each other and go from there!
We don't know yet -- we'll email you once that becomes clear.
Yes! Reach out to Timur, he's ready to help :).
