While we adore children, we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event. We hope you understand and can join us for a night of grown-up fun!

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

We’re excited to have you bring a guest to celebrate with us! If you'd like to bring a plus one, please note that there is an additional fee of $80 per person. This fee must be paid no later than 90 days before the wedding. Please keep in mind there is a limit of people we can have at the event so not all plus ones will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

When should I arrive?

We would recommend arriving 12/11/25 in order to avoid mishaps or flight delays that may take place.

Is there a group rate or discount?

Answer

There is a group rate but upon looking it is the same cost as the original rate on the hotel discount.

Do I have to pay everything up front for the room?

Answer

The hotel offers two payment options for your stay. You can either pay a 20% deposit of the room cost now and settle the rest upon arrival, or pay the full amount upfront when you check in. We recommend choosing the 20% deposit option, as it offers a more affordable room rate.

What is the best way to get there?

Answer

The hotel does offer free shuttle but you do have to reserve it in advance.

Am I allowed to stay at a different hotel?

Answer

Yes you are totally allowed but in order to attend the wedding you will have to purchase a day pass which is $200 USD. It is best to choose one of the three hotels provided.
