Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Venue at The Grove at: 7010 South 27th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85041. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

There will be a Guest Shuttle: A complimentary shuttle will be provided for our guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. 🚌 Departure to Venue: 3:00 PM from Hilton Garden Inn 🚌 Return to Hotel: 10:15 PM from Venue at the Grove Please note: the shuttle has 60 seats available, so it will be first come, first served. Otherwise, the easiest way you can get to and from our venue is by car, either personal vehicle or UBER/LYFT.

There is parking available at the wedding venue. If vehicles need to be left overnight, they must be picked up by 8 AM the next morning.
Yes, the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Phoenix has rooms blocked for the Spousta Sollin Wedding. There is a direct link to book on the Travel tab. We are also blocking off rooms at the Courtyard Marriott. Stay tuned!
Our wedding will be primarily outdoors. There is an indoor facility in case of rain. The cocktail reception area is outdoors but under a covered area with fans and/or outdoor space heaters.
We want our guests to look and feel their best! The dress code is: FORMAL and MODEST attire. NO JEANS! Cowboy hats are welcome! 😏
There are no specific colors or styles we would prefer you to wear. Our wedding ceremony is outdoors in a garden setting.
According to azclimate.asu.edu : The average temperature for the month is 74.5 or 19.0 degrees cooler than July. Daytime high temperatures usually begin the month at 94 but cool off to 82 by Halloween. Nighttime low temperatures drop from 67 to 54. “On the whole, October is a magnificent month with enough of the summer warmth to make outdoor living the most enjoyable of the year and yet with enough coolness to make it invigorating.”

Our wedding ceremony will commence at 4 PM, SHARP! Please arrive accordingly, approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning. While you’re waiting, you can enjoy pre-ceremony drinks, admire the ceremony decor, listen to prelude music, read the ceremony program, and acknowledge other guests. If you arrive late, you’ll be picking up the bar tab!
Our wedding reception will end at 10 PM. No after party is scheduled yet, stay tuned!
There will be a time gap between our wedding ceremony and reception for our cocktail hour. The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00PM-4:30PM with cocktail hour from 4:30-5:30PM. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. There will be lawn games to play!
You are absolutely allowed to take photos during the wedding!! Please download the POV app on your cellphone to take "selfies" and photos during the reception however, please be respectful and keep your phone silenced and away during the wedding ceremony. (Otherwise, we will stop the ceremony and your phone will be taken by the Maid Of Honor.)
