Local Legends
As legend has it, Mike & Iliana had their first date at Local Legends on June 13th, 2020. They both ordered margaritas. Mike discovered months later that Iliana does not like margaritas and she “panic ordered” the same drink because of first date jitters. According to Mike, the margaritas are great! Mike & Iliana also took 2nd place at the 2022 Local Legends Halloween Costume Contest! Fantastic spot for bar food or some cocktails!
The Morristown Green
The park known as The Morristown Green is one of Mike & Iliana’s most special spots. On the couple’s first date, after their margaritas at Local Legends, they spent hours conversing, laughing & falling in love on a bench at the East side of the park (exact bench pictured above!). After four wonderful years of love & memories together, Mike proposed to Iliana in The Morristown Green at the very spot they shared their first date. Lovely location to enjoy the greenery of New Jersey and the warm August weather!
1776 Morristown
Immediately after Mike proposed to Iliana, the couple along with close family & friends celebrated the engagement at 1776 Morristown. Happy tears were shed, toasts were made and fantastic food and cocktails were enjoyed. This restaurant will forever be a favorite spot for the couple because of the memories made there. Wonderful restaurant for a sit-down dinner with a view of the Green!
