What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. However, we kindly request that all guests arrive by 3:30 PM AT THE LATEST, to allow ample time for seating and to account for the 15-minute drive up the mountain to our venue. Please note that punctuality is crucial, as our venue manager strictly enforces arrival times. Guests who arrive after 4:00 PM will be asked not to enter the parking area by our venue manager, per venue rules. Therefore, we urge everyone to plan their travel accordingly and avoid being late. If, for any reason, you find yourself running behind schedule, you're welcome to join us during the cocktail hour following the ceremony. Thank you for understanding and for your cooperation in making our special day unforgettable for everyone.

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

We are thrilled to have chosen such a unique wedding venue, but there are important details to note for your arrival. You will enter through the front gates directly off of Ortega Highway, across the street from the Tree of Life nursery. Once inside, a guide car will lead you on a scenic 15-minute drive up the mountain on a dirt road. Upon arrival, you'll be directed to park, and if you're in the overflow lot, you'll be shuttled up to the venue. Please be aware that the drive is bumpy and rocky, so consider carpooling or renting a larger vehicle. Uber and Lyft do not service the mountain, but you can arrange for a car service if necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We've made sure there's ample parking on site for all our guests. In the event that the primary lot reaches maximum capacity, we have an overflow lot available. Guests parked in the overflow lot will be shuttled over to the venue; the ride takes only a minute. For those who require handicapped parking, please proceed to the top lot, which is closest to the venue entrance. Accommodations will be made available to ensure your comfort and convenience, including assistance to and from the ceremony space for handicapped individuals.

What should we wear?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire for our wedding celebration! We ask that guests refrain from wearing any shades of white, including creams, ivories, and champagnes. If you would like to dress within the wedding theme, neutrals and earth tones would fit right in! Additionally, please consider the outdoor setting and plan your footwear accordingly, as there will be walking on dirt and grass. If you have any questions about appropriate attire, please don't hesitate to reach out. We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident as we gather to celebrate our special day!

Will children be allowed at the wedding?

While we adore the children who are very near and dear to us, we must adhere to a strict guest count at the venue. Therefore, our invitation will specify exactly who is invited to the wedding. We kindly request that parents treat this event as a night out. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the special moments, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the experience. There will be plenty of opportunities for photographs during the reception and afterward, so please feel free to capture those moments to your heart's content!

Absolutely! If you have a food allergy, please contact us as soon as you can, and we will try our best to accommodate you! We have Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian options; let us know so we can put that in for you!
