Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the welcome party and wedding?

Welcome Party: Casual Attire Wedding: Semi Formal/Cocktail Attire For women, think cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, and for men, a suit or a sportscoat and slacks. No jeans, please.

Yes, parking is available at the golf course clubhouse.

Although we adore your children, due to room, our ceremony and reception are for adults only, with the exception of our nieces and nephews.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors south of the clubhouse. The reception will be held in a tent.
