Question

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, The Barn of Canal Fulton.

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at two hotels in the area. The Holiday Inn (Belden Village) and Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport. Please book your room ASAP to ensure you get one if you are wanting to stay the night. We cannot guarantee you a room at either hotel after April 4th, and there are a lot of events in the Belden Village area on that weekend, so most of the other hotels in that area are already full. Please refer to the Travel tab for links to each hotel block. You are allowed to leave vehicles overnight, but they MUST be picked up by 9am Sunday morning. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation for everyone on this day. ** Check-In times at either hotel is either 3pm or 4pm- if you are attending our ceremony at 3:30- please call ahead to ensure you can check in early to make it to the ceremony on time. If you cannot check in early- let them know you will be checking in later that night so they do not mark you as a no-show and give your room up.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

We ask that you dress appropriately for a wedding. We ask that you please refrain from wearing jeans. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please keep that in mind with Ohio weather. Who knows what kind of weather we will have in April!

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate additional guests other than what is addressed on your invite due to venue capacity and budget. Thank you for your understanding!

When to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 16th, as this ensures we have you accounted for, for our caterer and bar staff. If we do not receive your RSVP, we will have to mark you as 'no'. We look forward to celebrating with you!
