We're getting married!

We first met at Tatnall High School and had an instant mutual crush. From parties at the pool house (Sorry Dick & Sheila) to chats in the student lounge, and burning each other our favorite songs on CD; we formed a sweet bond in our teenage years as good friends. We remained in touch over the years despite living in different cities and on different paths. While I (Carly) was spending time in Nashville, David and our friend Andy Hess came to visit. We both recall instantly seeing each other and feeling a sense of "knowing" that we were meant to be together. Fast forward a few months and into a global pandemic, fate would finally put us both in the same hometown and we spent almost every day walking and talking for hours at Brandywine Creek State Park, building a fire-pit to have fireside chats, and binge watching our favorite shows. We were lucky to have the escape of our own love-bubble during challenging times for the world. This past June in the South of France, David got down on one knee to pop the question. We couldn't be more excited to share our special day with you all!
