For those flying, you will want to fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. You will most likely want to rent a car. Ubers & Lyfts are not accessible. However, there are car services and Bozeman/Big Sky taxi services available. Please reach out if you'd like to explore those options. If you choose to drive/rent a car, there is parking on the grounds free of charge. If you are bringing a RV, there is a place to park it onsite. It just cannot stay overnight.
Welcome Dinner (Friday Night): Western Chic - this is your time to wear your cowboy boots, hats and bolo ties! Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Saturday Night): Our celebration will be semi-formal. Think elevated western elegance with a Ralph Lauren feel. We kindly request no denim or cowboy hats. Gentlemen - Example: dress pants with a sport coat or blazer Ladies - Example: dresses or elegant separates.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding! Our venue does have a list of preferred babysitters for on-site accommodations. Please reach out if you would like the list!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
It varies - however, we mapped it out while we were visiting and the furthest from any point is .5 miles. The ceremony space can hold 12-15 cars so if you wish to drive up, we suggest carpooling. Cars can be left at the ceremony site overnight.
Yes! For guests staying on the ranch, complimentary breakfast will be provided from 7-10 AM. The restaurant does not offer anything other than the complimentary breakfast. Please note that the restaurant will be CLOSED during lunch hours.
There are plenty of other options if you do not wish to stay on the ranch and/or all the rooms are full onsite. There are many hotel options in Bozeman (~1 hour from the ranch). Big Sky has a few - The Residence Inn/The Wilson Hotel and The Montage (~20 minutes from the ranch). There are also campgrounds near by and Airbnb options! Please note that for those staying off the ranch, transportation is not provided.
