We met in our freshman year of college, just two kids trying to figure out life on our own. A group of mutual friends formed fast, and one night we all crammed into a dorm room to hang around. Lauren was joking about her never-ending collection of bruises (it’s kind of her thing), and Michael leaned over to check out the giant one on her shin. The second his hand brushed her leg, sparks—real ones—flew. From that moment on, we were absolutely inseparable. We’ve survived finals, apartments that barely fit two people, career jumps, dog adoption, and even a worldwide pandemic. Through every curveball, we chose each other time and time again. Now we’re ready for our best adventure yet: saying “I do” to each other forever.

Michael’s a man who is always willing to lend a helping hand or go the extra mile for others regardless of who they are or where they come from.

I love how being with her makes everything feel easier and better, no matter what kind of day I’m having.

Before they met, Michael had NEVER been to a concert! Lauren had the honor of taking him to his first concert, which was Fall Out Boy! 🎶🎸
