King Street
Walking down King Street and along the water is a daily tradition for us. We never quite know where we’ll end up, but it’s always a good time! Some of our favorite places include Mia’s, Fish Market, Josephine’s, Urbano, The Peoples Drug, Murphy’s Grand Irish Pub, and Majestic.
Mount Vernon
We’ve visited Mount Vernon countless times, and it never gets old! It’s still one of our absolute favorite places to explore.
Washington, DC
Just a short drive or metro ride from Old Town Alexandria, Washington, D.C. is filled with iconic landmarks. Be sure to visit the Washington Monument (perfect for a picnic!), the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, the many museums, and so much more!
Old Town Farmers' Market
We love stopping by the Old Town Farmers Market on Saturday mornings between 7 AM and 12 PM for a delicious sandwich from Hog Haven Farm, fresh produce, and beautiful flowers. It’s a perfect spot to experience local flavor and charm!
