We grew up just a few miles apart, Dylan had been over to Taylor’s house a few times when they were young to bike with her older brother Ian. Fast forward to January of 2014 where the real story starts; Dylan asked Taylor out on their first date. Instead of telling her parents that she was going on a date, Taylor was so nervous that she said she was going to hang out with her best friend. After leaving the house, she headed to her Grandma Bev's to make sure she thought she looked good in her blue t-shirt, American flag Miss Me jeans and purple sneakers (of course she thought she looked great – that’s what grandmas are for right?)! Taylor then headed over to Dylan’s so they could ride together. As she got out of the truck Dylan slipped on some ice while walking down the hill and his voice squeaked as he said “what’s up Punk”. Taylor couldn’t help but laugh. We headed to Applebee’s and let's just say Dylan was in it for the long haul when the waitress had to come back 3 times before Taylor placed her order (she still doesn’t like Applebee’s lol). From this day on, it was history – we were inseparable. We were young, Taylor had just turned 17 and Dylan was 18 at the time but as cheesy as it sounds, we knew that we were going to be forever together. We sat up on the hill where we are going to get married and told each other that someday we would build a house and get married there. Fast forward to today after 11.5 years, and it’s really happening! We have been through so much together and we couldn’t be more excited to share our wedding day with our friends and family!
