Ten Years in the Making
Tatum and Kieran’s high school love story quietly began back in late 2014. The exact moment they met has faded with time, but one memory has always stood out: March 31st, 2015, when they discovered they shared the same birthday. It was unexpected, oddly meaningful, and became the first moment they truly noticed one another. For her, that sparked something. For him, it was a funny coincidence. Either way, they connected that day — and that was the start. Months passed with nothing but knowing of one another, and that unspoken spark. They made it official on November 22nd, 2015, after a winter night of ice skating and Subway sandwiches — about as classic as it gets for a couple of teenagers. She was quiet, a little shy. He was a too-cool skater kid who didn’t expect to catch feelings — but did, hard. Since then, life has taken them in all sorts of directions. They’ve moved, grown, and changed — but somehow, they always found their way back to each other. Through everything, it’s always made sense when they’re together. They’re not the loud, oversharing type. They don’t post everything or let a lot of people into their world. But those who know them, know how much they mean to each other. They are happiest just being side by side at the end of a long day — their own little family, just the two of them and Kinny, cuddled up on the couch. On March 2nd, with some of their closest friends around them and the Dominican ocean as the scene, Kieran proposed. The setting was beautiful, the moment was surreal, and Tatum was a teary mess — in the best way. Almost ten years after that first spark, she said yes!! It may not be a story with a neat beginning or perfect timeline, but it’s theirs — and that’s what makes it feel right. Now, they’re so excited to be here in this moment — more than ready to celebrate this next part of their story with the people who mean the most to them!

Dressy, but not too formal. Soft colours and forest-friendly shoes recommended — we’ll be surrounded by trees, flowers, and lots of love.
Ceremony will be outdoors, followed by a cocktail hour and tent reception. Overnight parking is available on-site. Car pick-up must be before 11:30am Thursday July 23rd. We kindly ask that phones stay tucked away during the ceremony.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
You can arrive as early as 1:30pm. We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 2:30pm to ensure the schedule stays on track.

What if I can’t make it to the Ceremony?
Answer
Don’t say no just yet!! You know we would definitely want you there, but if your schedule doesn’t allow it and you could only make it for the evening, please let us know as you RSVP and we would still love to have you for the reception!

Semi-formal, soft colours or dark colours, and some dancing shoes!

Where is the venue and is there parking?
Answer
Our wedding is at Northbrook Farm in Severn, Ontario. There will be on-site parking for all guests as well as overnight parking available until 11:30am the following day.

There are a number of hotels and Airbnbs nearby in Barrie and Orillia. We’ll list a few recommendations on our “Travel” page!

We are aiming to be very mindful and inclusive for all dietary restrictions as we continue to build our menu. Let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP! More details will be listed on your invitation.

Yes! For those who want to drink with the Bride and Groom we will have a variety of alcohol including signature cocktails 🍸 (and mocktails too!).

I have mobility concerns—will the venue be accessible?
Answer
Northbrook Farm is fairly accessible, no stairs to worry about but some areas are gravel or grassy. Let us know in advance if you need assistance and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras be tucked away until after we say “I do.” Our photographer will capture every moment!

Will there be lawn games or other activities?
Answer
We’re planning a few outdoor games and cozy hangout spots—perfect for mingling between events!

Please wait until after the ceremony. Yes, there will be a designated smoking area, cigarettes will need to be disposed of respectfully. Vaping is permitted and NOT allowed while in the tent.

Yes! There will be a seating chart for dinner to help keep things organized and cozy.

The party wraps up by 11:00pm, so plan your rides accordingly—but don’t worry, we’ll make the most of every minute!
