So the venue only allows on site parking for elders and vendors, with that being said a shuttle will transport everyone to the venue from the two hotels I chose for guests to stay at for the weekend. Or it will pick people up from 49 cherry valley rd, gilford NH which is the town hall. The two hotels I chose are as followed.. **** the last shuttle ride to the venue will be at 3:30pm and the shuttle will bring you back to your hotel or the town hall whenever you would like to leave****

This is a dog friendly hotel. And the shuttle will pick up and drop off guests from this location. Shuttle information will be posted inside the lobby.
