Do you have a room block at a hotel for guests who will be staying overnight in the city?

Answer

Yes, we have provided a hotel room block at the Rittenhouse Hotel. When you call to reserve your room please ask to use the room block for the Lennertz/Tamaccio wedding. ALL ROOM BLOCK RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY JULY 5th 2023. To see other hotel options close to our church and reception venue please visit the Travel tab of the website.

What is the dress code?

Black Tie

What does a Black Tie dress code mean?

Answer

For men: a tuxedo, or a black suit with black tie. For women: a formal evening gown or long cocktail dress.

Champagne (a pale yellow gold).

Where is the entrance to the church?

Answer

The entrance is on 19th street facing East and across from Rittenhouse Square Park.

Where is the entrance to the Academy of Music?

The entrance is on Broad street facing east and across from the Double Tree Hilton Hotel.

Where can I park my car near the church?

Answer

Street parking is available around Rittenhouse Square Park with a limit of 2 hours. There are also various parking garages around Rittenhouse Square Park that allow day long as well as overnight parking.

How can I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

1. Uber or Lyft 2. Walk (6.5 blocks) Head east on Walnut street for 5 blocks until you get to Broad street then turn right on Broad street and walk 1.5 blocks until you see the Academy of Music on your right.

Will there be children at the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We have respectfully decided not to invite any person under 21 years of age to our wedding.

How do I know if I have a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

When you receive your wedding invitation, if the envelope is addresses to “your name & guest” you have a plus one.
