What are the accommodations?

Answer

While we don't have a hotel block, we have made recommendations for hotels near the venue on the Travel & Accommodations tab. If booking at A Loft, there is a group discount rate under "Syphard Gerlach Wedding" if reserved by 8/8. The online code is HPWHPWA for Kings and HPWHPWB for Double Queens.

What about transportation and parking?

Answer

There will be bus transportation from ALoft Downtown to the venue - the bus is leaving at 4:20 sharp. Parking at the venue is restricted to street parking, so we will be offering valet at Phunkenship.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our venue does have age restrictions - we will only be able to accommodate babies and children for immediate family members.

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoor. For the reception we have use of the entire facility, both indoor and outdoor!
