Things To Do

As most of you know, we lived in Providence for two years and found a few of our all time favorite spots to visit. We hope you check them out and enjoy them as much as we do! You'll see, we got a little carried away with this one...
The East End

The East End

244 Wickenden Street, Providence, RI 02903
, (401) 433-9770

It was in Providence where Mike really refined his whiskey palette. This cozy spot has over 300 whiskey selections, and 40 wines. More of a cocktail lover? Lindsey has been known to go in and ask for something fun - and trust us when we say, they never disappointed.

Barnaby's Public House

Barnaby's Public House

385 Westminster Street, Providence, RI 02903
, (401) 455-6857

Barnaby's has become a new go-to for us. The vibe will make you feel like you're in The Roaring 20's and the creative drinks are sure to go down in history. The head bartender Nathaniel is a true artist with his cocktails. Make sure to pop in and ask for the 'bartender special'.

Breaktime Bowl and Bar

Breaktime Bowl and Bar

999 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860
, (401) 427-7006

This duckpin bowling alley was built in the 1920’s by Hope Webbing Company in an effort to prevent its employees from unionizing. It's been completely restored so you can bowl how they did 100 years ago!

Newport National Golf Club

Newport National Golf Club

324 Mitchell's Lane, Middletown, RI 02842
, (401) 848-9690

This one isn't in Providence, but we'd be remiss to not mention it. This is one of Mike's favorite courses to play. For all our golfers attending the wedding (and we know there's a lot), make sure to extend your stay and make your way to Newport National for the day. You won't regret the late check out.

Harry's Bar & Burger

Harry's Bar & Burger

121 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02903
, (401) 228-7437

If you're looking to fuel up for the wedding or need to soak up the booze the next day, Harry's is the place to go. This place has no shortage of craft beers and burger sliders. If you got an appetite like Mike, treat yourself to the Double Wide (just make sure you're wearing something with a little give..)

Tallulah's Taqueria

Tallulah's Taqueria

146 Ives Street, Providence, RI 02906
, (401) 272-8226

If you know us at all, you know our love for Mexican food. Tallulahs is a MUST for a quick lunch spot. Hit it on your way home or during your Providence travels. If you're feeling brave, pop into Captain Seaweed's after your tacos for a quick brew.

Camille's

Camille's

71 Bradford Street, Providence, RI 02903
, (401) 751-4812

Looking for a date night? Can't go wrong with Federal Hill. Make sure to check into Camille's which is one of our favorite Italian spots!

RED FIN Crudo + Kitchen

RED FIN Crudo + Kitchen

71 Washington Street, Providence, RI 02903
, (401) 454-1335

Fan of tapas? So is Lindsey! Red Fin has a great selection of tapas. Great for groups or a date night!

For all the days along the way
