A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away... I was thrust upon this world to build Lego, obsess over dogs, collect unreasonable amounts of guitars, and to feel the anguish of being a Chicago sports fan. Growing up, I had a tight-knit family who went on vacations and had family game nights. Through constant harassment, my siblings and I managed to convince our parents to go from an idea to adopt a single dog..to eventually having a puppy pack of five (and growing). The power of persistence aye? As the years passed my guitar collection grew, I've built bigger and better Legos, and to eventually travel abroad and learn to ride motorcycles.
All rise for the Honorable Bride Kristina. An aspiring lawyer from a young age, I made contracts and started arguments in true lawyer fashion. Always on the go, I learned various instruments, how to spin flags, and adopted a healthy coffee addiction along the way. I credit my hard work to my parents who I watched build their lives since moving from the Philippines, my home away from home. Seeing my mom's compassion through nursing and my dad's determination in building his business and their endless support and love has inspired me to strive to build my dreams the way that they have.
When thing are meant to be you listen to the buzz of love bees humming around. As we met up for coffees and taking strolls around the park it became apparent that we liked each other a lot....with technicalities. During adventures to the zoo, theme parks, museums and the sports balls, our lives became intertwined and it was official....we are in love!
Sharing experiences with our friends and building memories has always been something we cherish as a couple. Some of our first excursions with friends were to neighboring states. We enjoy going to Indiana beach, visiting friends in Wisconsin, and eventually to taking trips to South Carolina and Florida. Every year we look forward to going to haunted houses, ice skating, and amusement park trips. These memories and yearly outings are not only amazing because we spend them with each other but with the ones we love.
Our families love and support is truly what make our relationship special. Ever since the beginning our families have had open arms and open homes. Between family game nights, going out to meals, and the occasional party or outing, we have felt their love. We have had the opportunity to take trips with Ryan's family to the Wisconsin Dells as well as to the Philippines to visit Kristina's extended family. As our relationship grows and we make our own home we know that we can always rely on our families to be their for us.
