How Do I Find The Venue?
Answer
Address: 21277 NW Brunswick Canyon Road North Plains, OR 97133 From Portland, Oregon take Highway 26 West approximately 15 miles to Exit 57: North Plains/Glencoe Road Turn right (North) from the exit onto Glencoe Road. Take Glencoe Rd. approximately 1.5 miles to a left fork that is Pumpkin Ridge Road. Follow Pumpkin Ridge Rd. for 5 miles to a right fork onto Brunswick Canyon Road . Follow Brunswick Canyon Road 1 mile down into the canyon. If you are coming from the coast, you can hook up with 26 East from Hwy 101. If you are coming either North or South on I-5, or on I-84 through The Columbia River Gorge, you'll drive into Portland and take the I-405 loop to 26 West, then follow the directions above. *If you use GPS please compare it to the map and directions here first, some GPS list us in the wrong place.

Can I bring a date?

If your invite did not include a +1 but there is someone near and dear you would like to bring, please reach out to us to ask first! Please know that if you bring unannounced guests we may not be able to accommodate them and may ask them to leave.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Parking is free and located a short walk away (2-3 min uphill from the ceremony space) at the venue. We will be using a car to help shuttle those who are not able or would prefer not to walk the path down to the location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We are not providing this, but we would be happy to help carpool you or get this organized if you need it, so please let us know! Please plan ahead if you think you will need a ride service to/from the venue - everyone's safety is our top priority.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The sooner the better - but no later than 7/15/2024 please. If you need to cancel your RSVP please let us know at least one month prior to the wedding (8/15/2024) so we do not overestimate for drink/food. We would really appreciate not having any RSVP “ghosts” who say they will attend and then do not without notice. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes - but please keep in mind that we will NOT have childcare on site and the venue is nearby bodies of water and forested areas. You will be responsible for supervising and caring for your children during the events. If you plan to bring any children not yet known to us or listed on your invitation, please reach out to ask us first - we’d hate to be missing a seat for them! Everyone is welcome to have a fun, safe time!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please try to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior (3:30PM), and no later than 15 minutes prior (3:45PM). Please build in extra time on your arrival to locate the venue and walk from the parking area/drop off your party and then park, so you can be seated comfortably before the ceremony begins.

Will there be food? Drinks?
Answer
We will be providing special cocktails, wine, beer, champagne, water, coffee, cake, a charcuterie grazing board, and fresh, wood-fired pizza plus sides for the main course! It will be delicious and delightful!

Where should I stay (if coming from out of town)?
Answer
We are NOT reserving any hotel blocks for our guests, but here are some nearby options (30 minutes or less from the venue) that we would recommend if you aren't sure where to start: -McMenamin's Grande Lodge Hotel -Embassy Suites by Hilton (Portland Hillsboro location) -Home2 Suites by Hilton (Portland Hillsboro location) -Courtyard by Marriott (Portland Hillsboro location) Anything near these hotels should be a good location for driving to the venue!
