If you have any other questions that were not listed, please reach out to, Brylei at 707-953-5517, or Lexi at 707-569-4777.
Question

When is arrival & departure time if I am camping?

Answer

The arrival time for guests that are camping is Friday at 3 pm or later. This is a strict timeline considering rehearsal for the wedding will be in the late morning that day. Departure time for camping guests is anytime before or at 1 pm.

Question

Is there a shuttle service available?

Answer

Considering there is on site lodging available, we are not planning on hiring a shuttle service. Although, if your party is large enough you may hire a shuttle service and we can arrange plans with the company.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we are hoping to keep the guest list limited. With that being said, please follow what is on your invitation.

Question

Will food be provided?

Answer

We will be having a potluck style dinner at the wedding site on Friday evening along with a more grab n go breakfast Sunday morning before departure. Obviously, along with Wedding night on Saturday. For the rest of the trip, we kindly ask that everyone brings their own food and beverages.

Question

Will there be V/vegetarian/ GF options?

Answer

You're in luck, there will be vegan, vegetarian, and GF options!

Question

Is there service/wifi?

Answer

No, we are happy to announce that we will be having an unplugged wedding. But... if you have an emergency, there is wifi in the Saloon.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please! But, we want you to be comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it hang loose. Although, we do discourage high heels because of the rough terrain.

Question

Any Packing Suggestions?

Answer

We will provide some essentials if you forgot some things, but a few things to make sure not to forget are, sunscreen, bug spray, good shoes, a few spare towels, a bathing suit, cozy blankets, or jacktes. More items for fun could be pool/lake floaties, fishing pools, balls, and frisbees, etc. Remember this vacation is all dry camping, no cooking with fire or heat, no hook-ups, no fires in areas where it is not designated, no service, so make sure to bring snacks and food that comply with these rules ( of course unless you're in a trailer or RV ). Don't worry, there is plenty of bathrooms to go around for campers, along with 1 outdoor shower and one full bathroom including a shower designated for campers.

Question

Are pets allowed?

Answer

We love all of your furry friends but, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this trip!

Question

Is there a website I can go to to find out more about the venue?

Answer

Yes, here is the link to HideOut's website- https://hideoutweddings.wixsite.com/my-site-1. If you would like to tour the property virtually here is a link to a virtual tour- https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=56js2sFiizh&portal=0
