Welcome Reception

You are invited to join us for our Welcome Reception event on the eve of our wedding celebration. This Welcome Reception Event will take place on site and begins at 6PM on Friday, September 9th 2023. This will be a time to come together and meet other guests prior to the ceremony and reception. Food and refreshments will be provided, however if you would like to bring a pre-made side dish to share please indicate so in your RSVP.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal

The wedding ceremony will commence at 3 PM and continue into the evening with delicious food, drinks, and music to celebrate our union. As the outdoor venue has grassy areas, we advise against wearing stilettos as they may present difficulty walking. The reception will feature an open bar but we kindly ask that you please bring cash to tip the bartender. Wifi and cell service is limited in the mountains so please do not assume or rely on Venmo capabilities.

The Post-Wedding Event, Sunday Funday, is dedicated to unwinding and indulging in the serene beauty of the Hideout at Kirkwood. Whether you choose to embark on invigorating hikes through the rocky mountains, revel in a refreshing lake swim, sip mimosas in the hot tub, or engage in lively outdoor games, the possibilities for enjoyment are boundless. Food, refreshments, and bathing suits will NOT be provided so we request that you bring attire and supplies that align with your activity preferences.
